During the process of commissioning the artwork, you will receive photographic updates via email and of the completed artwork. You can request any alterations during this time before accepting and receiving the finalised artwork.

There are no hidden fees within the commissioning process. You will be sent a clear invoice detailing the price breakdown to confirm before entering into any contract.

Delivery Information & Prices

For delivery to the UK, postage is free for unframed portraits. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage service, which will get to your door within 24 hours. Tracking information will be available. Smaller items, such as our prints, cards and wrapping paper will be sent via a choice of Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class postage.

We also offer international postage. Please contact us for a quote.

All items will be presented tied with a bow and packaged flat with tissue paper and wrapped in kraft brown paper in a cardboard envelope box to eliminate any possible smudging. All items are packaged with eco-concious material.

What Timescale Can I Expect To Have My Portrait Completed?

Once started, the timescale for pet portraits can vary depending on the complexity of the drawing, the size and the number of subjects within it.
 
It can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months to complete from start to finish, so please book with as much notice as possible as we're often booked up months in advance.

Graphite drawings can be much quicker to complete than colour drawings, which may be a more suitable option on shorter notice.
 
We will always try to accommodate you when possible so please do get in touch to find out if we can fit your portrait into our schedule.
