How it works

1

Sizes

We offer sizes from small 7"x7" to extra large 12"x16". Please visit our commissions page to view sizes and prices.

We offer portraits in graphite (black and white) and coloured pencil/pastel. If you can't decide which to go for, just let us know on the booking form and we can help you to decide based on your photos.

2

Booking

On our commissions page at the bottom, there is a booking form for you to book your commission.

In this form, tell us your preferences for your portrait and we'll add you to our waiting list.

3

Photos

Once you have booked your commission, we will ask that you provide us with a collection of photos of your pet - as many as you like. Email us so that we can discuss together your preferences, and/or whether you need help deciding which is more suitable.

We have a detailed guide explaining what makes the best reference photos. Click on the button below!

4

Deposit & Design

We will send you an invoice to pay the 25% deposit via bank transfer or Paypal. Once this has been paid, your booking slot is secure.

If required for multiple subjects, we will then design some 'mock-ups' for you to decide which is the best suited for you.

5

Creation

We will send you an email notification once we make a start on your portrait.

Several videos will be made during the process to keep you updated on the progress through our instagram and Facebook feed.

If you'd prefer us not to upload any photos or videos of the portrait, due to it being a surprise, please let us know during booking.

6

Completion

Once the artwork has been completed, we will send a final watermarked scan of the portrait for final approval. At this stage you can request for any changes to be made if necessary.

Upon approval and full satisfaction of the final piece, we will send you an invoice to be paid of the remaining amount.

7

Postage

We will carefully package your portrait, whether framed or unframed, to a high professional standard to ensure that no damage will occur during transit.

We use Royal Mail's 1st class service which is trackable and requires a signature upon delivery. In most cases, portraits can arrive the next day.

For international orders, depending on your country, postage can take up to 10 days and an additional £20 cost.

8

Satisfaction Guaranteed!

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your personalised and unique portrait of your beloved pet or family member, and that you can now fully celebrate the happiness and joy that it will bring to you and your family.

If in the unlikely event that the portrait has been damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately so that we can sort the issue quickly. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
