Redeeming My Gift Voucher
If you have been given a gift voucher for a pet portrait by Gemini's Fine Art Studio, then you are in the right place! We are so pleased that we are being given the opportunity to create a really beautiful, personal and sentimental piece of artwork for you to treasure for many years.
To get started, all you have to do is send us your suitable reference photos for us to work from. We have a reference photo guide to help you get tips on how to get the best detailed photos with the pose that you desire. You can send us several options through our email so that we can decide together which works the best.

Next, you will need to decide on the size and type of portrait you would like (please see our sizes and prices page), depending upon the value of the voucher and whether it can cover the total cost of a certain portrait size and style. When we know the details of the portrait, we will be able to give you a quote for the artwork. At this stage, if you let us know what country it will be sent to, we can give you an estimate of postage and packaging.

Once decided, we will then start creating digital mock-ups of your portrait so that you will have an idea of what it would look like. Upon agreement, send us the voucher code, and assuming that it covers at least the deposit* of 25% of the portrait cost, your place in our commission queue will be secured. At this stage, we can give you a more accurate estimate of when your portrait will be completed.

Once drawing commences, we will give you regular updates of your portrait in progress, and once finished, we will send a digital watermarked copy for your approval. Once approved, any outstanding payments will be settled, including postage and packaging, and your artwork sent to you in a beautifully wrapped gift box.

If you have recently just received your gift voucher, there is no immediate rush to get started, just keep a note of the expiry date to make sure it doesn't expire before you wish to use it.
