Once they have chosen or taken their reference photos, we will begin the drawing process and keep them updated with videos of our progress. Your friend or family relative may never have thought to have a pet portrait done of their beloved furry companion, or not known how to have gone about it. You gifting them a voucher will help them on their way to having their very own beautiful hand-drawn artwork of their pet to enjoy for years to come.
To purchase a gift voucher, simply visit our online store or get in touch and tell us the amount you would like it to be for. As long as the amount of the voucher will cover for the cost of the chosen portrait size and style, plus postage and packaging, then the recipient will pay nothing. If you let us know the country that the voucher will be sent to we will give you an estimate of the postage and packaging. If the voucher will only be enough to cover the deposit to be paid, any remaining balance of the portrait will be paid by the recipient once they approve the final artwork.
Gift vouchers must be used in one go, but can be used as payment towards more than one commission if they are ordered at the same time.

Once purchased, we will send a free digital copy of the voucher to you or the recipient, or post a gift-wrapped voucher printed on fine art paper for just the added cost of postage and packaging. The voucher will have a unique code of which the recipient will need to quote in order to start the process of creating their portrait. Their will be a helpful link on the voucher to the redeem my gift voucher page on our website. Their they will find clear and helpful information on how to redeem their voucher and start the process of creating their very own custom pet portrait.
The voucher is valid for 12 months so there is no rush for them to start.
