Payment

The artists, Amanda Lloyd Jennings and Samantha Jennings of Gemini's Fine Art Studio, holds full copyright on all artwork produced, including mock-ups, prints and cards. We also reserve the right to sell any prints and cards made from your artwork. We reserve the right for any commissioned artwork/portrait to be displayed on our website and on our social media pages.

 

Any clients who do not wish for their commissioned portrait to be displayed online must notify us before any work on the portrait commences.

For a commission portrait, a non-refundable deposit of 25% must be made in full before the drawing of the portrait can begin. Full payment must be received within 30 days before the portrait can be posted to the customer. If after 30 days payment has not been received the artist reserves the right to sell on the original artwork and any reproductions.

 

We accept Bank Transfer and Paypal for UK payments, or Paypal for international payments.

Cancellations

Shipping

Items are shipped between 3 - 7 business days from portrait completion, depending on whether a mount has been chosen at time of booking, and whether prints are in stock at time of purchase.

All orders are posted securely using Royal Mail or Parcel Force for larger parcels, with a tracking number given upon dispatch to the address you provide. If the item is a gift, it can be posted directly to the recipient, provided that the address is given at time of order. Your portrait will be delivered in a secure box with economical packaging.

For international delivery, please add an additional £40 that will be charged to your final invoice. Depending on country, an additional customs tax/duties may be applied upon arrival, which will be your responsibility to settle.

 

Items are insured in the unfortunate instance that any damage may occur during postage.

Cancellations can be made after the deposit has been paid, and before the portrait has begun, however, the 25% deposit payment is non-refundable. This covers for any materials used, mock-ups made, and any supplies purchased to create the artwork.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties. 

Prints

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed on any commissionable item or items for sale in our online store. Once a gift voucher is redeemed by the recipient, the portrait will be added to our current waiting list. If the recipient does not wish for a portrait to be done, but would like to transfer the voucher over to another person, they can do so as long as we are notified of the transfer. However, the 12 month validation is still from the date of when it was purchased, so please be aware to book in as soon as possible.

 

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

How it works -

Visit the shop page where you can buy a voucher for the value of the size of the portrait you want and we will send out a stylised gift card.

When the recipient is ready they can contact us with reference photos, quoting the gift card reference number and we will work with them to create a portrait of their beloved pet or family member.

Whilst every care has been taken to insure accurate reproductions of the original artwork, the artists cannot guarantee 100% likeness due to screen/monitor settings and third-party printing companies.

Vat & Import Duties

All items for sale, including commissioned artwork are not subject to Value Added Tax. Import duties in some countries will need to be paid by and is the sole responsibility of the client.

Damaged Items In Transit

We strive to package our items really well, however, in the unlikely and unfortunate event that damage occurs during transit, please send us a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. Depending on the damage, the artwork must be returned at the clients cost, and a new portrait will be drawn at no extra cost. The return postage will be reimbursed once the item has been received. The new portrait will be added to the client waiting list.
